​​​No. ​Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.  You must be a minimum 25 FEET away from building. NO SMOKING ON IN/AROUND STAIRS OR STAIRWELLS AND BREEZEWAYS. NO SMOKING IN/NEAR TOT LOT, POOL OR CLUBHOUSE.

​​​Yes! Residents are allowed up to two pets per unit. Maximum weight per pet is 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals permitted. A non-refundable $400 pet fee is required with monthly $30 pet rent per pet.  All pets must be disclosed on the application and such pets will be considered in the application process. No pets other than those disclosed on the application may be kept at the property. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process through petscreening.com. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a registration fee of $20 for your first pet and $15 for your second pet. The following dog breeds and all variations thereof are restricted and not approved: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshond, Mastiff, Pit Bull and Presa Canario. Management reserves the right to deny pets based on character, behavior and other traits. ​

​​ ​Yes. Renter's liability insurance with minimum coverage of $300,000 IS REQUIRED. ​

​​Units are other attached to one or two car garage. Limited on site street parking at no additional cost. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, BOATS, JET SKIS, RVs AND TRAILERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Mechanical work of any kind on any vehicle anywhere on property at any time is strictly prohibited.   ​

Base rent excludes a $115 monthly Community Bundle Fee and $15 mandatory monthly credit reporting, totaling $130 per month. Utilities are based on usage; residents arrange electricity, gas where applicable, cable and internet separately.
